“The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. “Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”

“Ero già stato qui 3 anni fà e allora mi ero trovato veramente bene. Questa volta un po' meno. La stanza da due era davvero piccolissima così come il bagno (era difficile starci per una persona). La moquette della stanza era sporchissima piena di macchie. La posizione poi è ottima se sì è di passaggio per andare a LA (vicinissimo all'outlet). Poi devo dire che il bar affianco per la colazione è davvero ottimo.”
