“The house is very cozy. 3 bedrooms and baths, large kitchen and dining area. The best thing is the pool area looking right out to the ocean. A covered patio and cute octagonal pool . There is also beach access below. Lovely location too, easy to get to Maho and Simpson Bay, also the airport.”

“Location - Location - Location. What a great location and property. Easy walking distance to Maho Beach and shopping district. If you rent a car - any easy drive to Philipsburg, Mullet Bay Beach etc. Never made it to the french side - but Mullet Beach was excellent with chair/umbrella rentals and a couple of beach bars for your beer/daqueri needs. Beautiful home with ample amount of space for our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids)!Air conditioning worked great, the house never felt warm!Plenty of pool toys for the kids.My only recommendation would be to get rid of the projector in the upstairs master bedroom- the blue power lights are super bright at night, my understanding is it didn’t work anyways. ”
