“Beautiful loft. Soaring ceilings. Separate study/work area offers function & a very cool vibe. Exposed brick is amazing. All rooms are sizable. Huge closets in bedrooms. Secure and quiet building. Complex offers lots of amenities, including a couple of restaurants. Neat place to stay, especially If you appreciate old architecture! ”

Property was in a nice residential area, close to many amenities including Furman University. Water pressure was poor, bathroom sink was tiny and it could use some more kitchen supplies.”

Later we realized it was listed as a 2br / 2 bath appointment and we thought it would be too small for three adults (my wife snd I and adult son).
