Guest house a Simpsonville

“Great location to downtown Simpsonville, family and friends. Very quiet location. More than enough room for two of us. Can easily accommodate 2 couples. Bed very comfortable.”

“This house was great including a great pool area, comfortable beds and linens, great outdoor pizza oven, wonderful ceiling fans (inside and out), and a great game area upstairs! We were a family ranging in ages from 27- 82 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Lots to do in the area and close to Greenville.”

“Thank you so much for your cozy place! Plenty of room- very clean and so easy to access. Don’t get me started about the master bedroom!!! The bed- so comfy- you just sink into it & the FAN! My boyfriend bought the same fan after sleeping here. 10/10 recommend Super safe neighborhood plenty of parking! Thank you Stephanie”

“The property was clean, entrance to lobby was nice and room area was nice and nice bathroom but the bad part is, the connecting door bolt lock does not work and staff was going to let the next door guest to not use the door which made no sense and will inform them that they now have access to our room. FD agent was bothered that “we should have noticed that it didn’t work as we checked in rather than realizing later that it did not work” as if its our fault and was bothered that we ask to move...

“Convenient location right off the interstate with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Rooms were very clean with a basic continental breakfast. My only issue was a strong smell of cleaning detergent (Pinesol) throughout. Pool was closed for the season.”
