Vieni a visitare la nostra meravigliosa casa qui in "Vacationland"!

Questo è il posto per il corpo che ha bisogno di riposo e relax o l'anima avventurosa.

La nostra casa ha una splendida vista sull'arteria con facile accesso sia al lago di fango che a Long Lake e offre attracco in barca sul posto! Goditi la nautica, il kayak, i tubi, la pesca (salmone e trota!), nuotare, sdraiarsi sull'amaca, galleggiare appena fuori casa sulla propria spiaggia, caccia, visite turistiche e natura - compresi i panorami dal cortile delle aquile calve residenti arroccate nei loro nidi, ascoltando i freddi richiami dei Loon comuni, lontre abbondanti e se sei fortunato - anche un alce o due!

Per i più audaci, c'è un accesso facile e diretto a centinaia di miglia di ATV e piste per motoslitte che collegano diverse città circostanti e la pesca sul ghiaccio. Se hai il passaporto a portata di mano, siamo a soli 30 minuti di auto dal confine canadese, che offre tutti i percorsi da provare e ristoranti da provare!

Per esigenze generali, souvenir, un delizioso pasto caldo, o per le licenze di caccia / pesca e per le iscrizioni ATV e SNOWMOBILE * (le iscrizioni al club Sinclair ATV ti danno il permesso necessario per utilizzare tutti i percorsi per la guida) assicurati di visita il Martin's General Store, a pochi passi di distanza.

Tutte le altre esigenze di shopping sono a vostra disposizione. Da parti di ATV / motoslitte e riparazioni, a Walmart, rifornimento di trattori, centri commerciali e ristoranti sia locali che a catena, tutti raggiungibili in 20-45 minuti di auto (o corsa!).

La casa è ben fornita di tutte le tue esigenze! Fai le valigie, prendi la spesa, fatti a casa e goditi il tuo tempo tanto quanto facciamo quando visitiamo questo piccolo angolo di paradiso!

Family Reunion

I grew up visiting family in Sinclair every summer. As the family grew, we outgrew our camp. We needed a place of our own close by and this spot was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, and visiting. We didn’t spend too much time there, as we were always at our family’s camp but it was great to have our own space to reset each day. I think we would have utilized it more if there were outdoor seating options around the fire pit. We would definitely rent it again, but would make a few adjustments. Cons.. hot weather made top bunks uncomfortable with no AC, cooking equipment was extremely weathered, would have been nice to know that the water was drinkable, only one toilet, not practical to cook for a large crowd, a grill would have been a great option. Pros… Being so close to the store/restaurant was great for my kids (22,21,20,10), several places to dine and visit in the house, great shower, washer and dryer was wonderful, perfect location for our needs.

A little trouble w the code to get in. Looks as described, carpeting might be getting a little old as it did bring some allergies up for some of the guest. Granted we were inside all day. Excellent breakfast place right next door and a pretty spot.

Very good location and property for a long weekend snowmobile getaway.

Great location and enough space for 10 adults to be able to relax after a long day of riding. We would definitely go back if Tracy and David would have us.

Cabin by the river

Hosts were very good to deal with.We had everything we needed to cook with and were comfortable.Was really nice to have a fireplace and very convenient to get to the trail system.Will return in future.

Rough start but turned out great !

Property is great. location is awesome for snowmobiling in the county! Easy access to the trails from the house and plenty of parking space. When we arrived the house was cold because the oil company that was supposed to keep the oil tank full failed to do so after we contacted David he called them and got them to send out someone to get the furnace running at midnight. Despite the rude treatment of David by the oil company representative, David persisted in getting the problem resolved. I share this share this story to demonstrate the David's and Tracy's commitment to ensuring their guests are happy and comfortable during their stay. Also as a further demonstration of their commitment to this principal they refunded me the night's stay. I and my fiends were very happy with our stay. Tracy and David are excellent hosts. and the property is very nice. You will not be disappointed.

Need to empty some cabinets out so renters could put there food in them cabinets were full of old pans that looks like no one use them and upgrade there mattresses otherwise a great house for snowmobile right near trails

Great Time!

Great camp. We really enjoyed this rustic camp. Exactly what you would expect from the listing. Right on the thoroughfare, just a couple of minutes kayak paddle from Long Lake. All you’ll need for your stay!

Cozy getaway

We had a group of seven that stayed at this property, and we had a great time. There was plenty of room for our vehicles and boat trailers, and we all brought kayaks and got out onto the lake directly from the back yard. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. The neighbors were awesome too, conversational and friendly as we explored the waterway on kayaks. Easy access to a lot of fun recreational activities in the area too.
