I am disabled and need these items to bath and be comfortable. When I arrived, I was put off by the property outside It was dirty, trashy, unkept. I went to the reception desk checked in and asked if the towels and pillows had been delivered to my room. NO! The guy said well you already have 4 pillows, ok I...

“I booked this room because it had a breakfast included. Now I understand that the included breakfasts are never stellar at any hotel. But, the juice machine was out of order, the cereal was stale, and so was the bread! The room was clean and the bed was adequate. I'm wondering why I was giving a handicapped room, when I am quite healthy and taller than the mirrors. I only booked this for a night, to rest for a long drive, and if the issues with the breakfast didn't happen I would have...
