Lovely holiday house with swimming pool of 5m diameter and garden of 800m2 in the middle of nature, close to the marvelous crystal clear sea of Solanas with its large sandy beach.
The house has a living/kitchen with dining table, TV and couch. The 3 bedrooms all have their own airco and bathroom. The house has been restructured, insulated and the bathrooms have been installed this year and are functional, modern and clean. The kitchen has all necessary comforts like dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, water boiler and microwave. The house has solar panels and the water comes from a well. On request there is an electric car charger. Going into the garden you can enjoy your holiday in full privacy, also in the high season. You can read a book in the shade on the veranda or create a fantastic meal on the cement barbecue.
The wooden pool of 5m diameter is situated in front of the house with sunbeds and shower. Perfect for a relaxing moment after a day of exploring the beautiful sardinian surroundings, culture and beaches. Here one can enjoy the last sunbeams of the day with a nice cool drink and have a good conversation or read a book.
The house is 3 km from the high way exit. The last 700m will be on a sandy road, which is not suited for fancy cars. It is a perfect location to start to explore Sardinia: first of all you will be at Solanas' beautiful beach in 5 minutes, furthermore it is only a 40 minute drive to Cagliari, the beautiful capital of Sardinia with its old city center and beautiful monuments. Or you can head to the famous Villasimius with its white sandy beaches, cristal clear water and sea nature reserve. Another option is to go north towards Costa Rei or Muravera, where there's also a lot to see and to explore. The inland of Sardinia is very interesting for its nuraghi, mountains and culture.
