“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Check-in was smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The towels in the bathroom were in poor condition, and my daughter had to request a bed change because there were hairs on the sheets and the comforter appeared dirty inside.
