“I spent a week at Jan Kok while on a birding holiday. The property is safe, quiet, and perfect for those looking for privacy and seclusion. This is a great choice for birders, as the property has lots of plants and resident birds, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the nearby salina, where flamingos and other waterbirds abound. The island was unique, with amazing nearby more traditional beaches no more than a 15 minute drive away. The oceanfront at this villa was just beautiful, with water access and amazing for snorkeling. The hostess was so helpful and kind from the very start of our trip. I give this my highest recommendation!”
