All was good with exception of: WIFI in the room was not working properly but in the hall was very good and fast; cleanliness of the room and of the common parts not very precise, anyway acceptable (just few stains on the tablecloths and a bad smells from the shower plumbing). Owner is very hands-on and greets you and makes sure you are ok with your stay. The restaurant is very pretty, kind of sitting in a loft, and the food was excellent. Nice pool and lounge chairs overlooking the water. Overall a nice place to be if you want to unwind and relax.”

“As a regular staying at Essentia in Dumaguete, Charos dormitel is a breath of fresh air !! Outstanding room, staff, restaurant and not so many guests (not crowded like Essentia) !
