Hotel vicino a Sir Joseph Banks Conservatory - Lincoln

“We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!”

“Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service.”

“Situato in un'area di servizio nei dintorni di Lincoln, abbiamo alloggiato per una notte durante il trasferimento in auto da Liverpool a Luton Airport. Struttura pulita, camera confortevole con letto supercomodo e personale gentile. E' possibile fare colazione al Damon's restaurant li vicino. ”

“Perfect 2 night stay with my family. Room was comfortable and clean. Plenty choice for breakfast. Great location to explore the city.”

“Hotel su strade trafficate; praticamente sei in strada. Colazione qualitativamente non sodisfacente ( caffè servito bruciato e toast serviti freddi)”

“A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .”

“Good food and drink at the pub that is separate from the accommodation. Slight problem on check in as they had given us a double room instead of a twin, despite sending an email prior to arrival requesting a twin. Staff shortages meant it was a while before the bed situation was sorted but we were in the bar by then so not really an issue. The receptionist was apologetic and keen to resolve the issue so bonus points to her.”

“Bed & Breakfast pulitissimo, camera ampia (quella in cui ho soggiornato io, almeno) e bagno altrettanto, ottimo comfort, finiture e mobilio di qualità, recenti ed in ottimo stato. Dotazione delle camere completa, sono presenti anche adattatori per le prese e kit per interventi di cucito d'emergenza. Gestito da persone giovani e gentilissime. Colazione inglese di qualità, fermate dell'autobus a 200 m.”

“Fabulous! The staff are the real highlight of the hotel - they were so friendly, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was delicious both days and the carpark easy to access. Considering the fact it has a pub attached was also quiet and couldn’t be in a better location for exploring Lincoln Cathedral and castle. Would definitely stay again.”

“The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.”

“Lovely food at the Adam and Eve”

“Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️”

“The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good”

“Could not stay in our room during the evening as a very noisy party was taking place downstairs. We were not prepared of the function, but staff did attempt to get the noise reduced, and offered us a complimentary drink in the bar. This however meant we could not use our room, or get an early night. A pity, as otherwise good value and good food.”
