After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. “No cleanliness ,no free cancellation no AC ,no drinking water ,staff with negative talks don’t want to stay in this old property but the charges I paid online was not refundable. Chat with agent was also not helpful .I tried to cancel my booking and go some other hotel . But the response was so poor so I moved some other property with out refund. Very bad experience.”
