“Hot water for tea was always lukewarm and all coffees were not hot, only warm. No microwave in rooms. Otherwise everything was great.”

“The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!”

“Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were really disappointing. The pool was filthy and the “fitness center” was basically just 2 old machines that barely worked. The room also was not clean at all. There were hairs in the bathtub, dirt by the entrance to the room, marks all over the sheets, and dust everywhere. “Lots of families, right off.of.the expressway. Nice bathroom, decent space. Everythingwas clean.”

“Great staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably one of the better hotel breakfast I've had. Wish we could have used the pool but we were only there for a short evening stay. Only issue was that the beds were very hard. I know this is personal preference, but it made it difficult to sleep. On the opposite side, could use some firmer pillows.”
