“The room was clean and the pool was warm on a wintery day. They were painting the dining area so there was no hot food. It was a good stay. ”

“We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us.”

“Nice staff, rooms are nice. The TV wasn’t able to connect to the internet so we were unable to watch tv. Staff attempted to get it working but were unable to, Otherwise nice stay. ”

“The room was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults to stay in. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great! Only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay and Expedia did not notify us of this. Hotel provided us with compensation for the inconvenience.”

“Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. ”

“The room was great, restaurant downstairs was great. The reason I gave 3 stars is the noise from the restaurant/bar kept me up until 4 am. I realize it was a holiday (valentine's day) but that was a little too much.”

“The couch was stained. There were no curtains just a sheer fabric over the windows and there was a glaring bright light shining into the room. The shower was pathetic. No water pressure. ”

“Terrible customer service. Front desk are not trained and just tell customer inaccurate information. I called to see how to cancel my reservation because of the snow storm that was coming in awhile back and the front desk woman who answered the phone told me yes I can cancel. “I asked if I would get the $149 refund “ she said yes and that she would cancel as soon as she was done help another customer. I never got the refund. Went back and forth with Expedia who had to contact the hotel who now...

“Good hotel, all in general was ok, no breakfast. Not very close to downtown.”

“Stayed here before and it was great- this time not so much. I booked a king room and they gave me a queen, wasn’t too bothered since I did book through Expedia, and there was no price difference. However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room, ”
