The kitchen is fully equipped with cabinetry, wooden countertops, and standard appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and stovetop. You’ll also find a complimentary tea and coffee station for a convenient start to your day.



Bedrooms:

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a luxuriously comfortable Koala mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud. The second bedroom is a bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.



Bathroom and Laundry:

A clean, functional bathroom with strong shower pressure and a handmade vanity crafted from local timber creates a relaxing space to refresh. A separate laundry area with a washing machine completes the interior.

Boat Harbour Beach is a slightly further drive but worth it for its beautiful beach setting.

Wynyard (Table Cape) is the nearest major town, with the township and Burnie airport about 15 minutes away.

The home is located on Serrata Crescent in a peaceful, residential part of Sisters Beach. This area offers the perfect blend of seaside quiet and easy access to nature. The neighborhood is known for the sounds of the ocean and local wildlife, and it’s a safe and friendly community. The area is noted for the Banksia serrata plants. There are also regular band performances at the local café.



Getting Around



A car is essential for exploring the wider region, including Rocky Cape National Park and nearby towns like Wynyard. Free parking is available in the driveway apron or on the grassed area to the side of the property. The local beach is easily accessible on foot, offering both a small calm area perfect for young children and a larger surf beach. You’ll also be within walking distance to a stylish café serving great coffee, food, and ice cream, along with a general store for everyday essentials. There are also nearby walking tracks for those who enjoy exploring the outdoors.



Guest Access



Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and the surrounding yard during their stay. Self-check-in details will be provided before arrival.



House Rules



Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors; outdoor smoking or vaping is allowed with responsible disposal. Guests are asked to treat the home with care.
