The Velero penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator overlooking Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It's a very quiet street lined with boutique shops and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and the bus stop are less than a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom, a dining area, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with access to the private terrace. The room has a double bed (1.50x2 meters), large spaces to store your belongings and heating, plus there is another open space with a double bed. The kitchen is American style and equipped with everything necessary to prepare any meal. The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

From there we have access to the private terrace overlooking Calle Mayor. It's equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast, or enjoying a candlelit dinner.

The Velero apartment is located on the same floor as the Barco apartment. These two penthouses can be booked together and are ideal for two couples traveling together who prefer to enjoy their privacy.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
- A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival of the guest, payable by credit card.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
