The Arch House. A Romantic Escape.

Tucked away in a quiet lane this old stone house is one of the few historic houses of this age left in the village.
Set back behind wrought iron gates in its own courtyard where in times gone by the village gathered around it's massive bread oven to bake the village bread.
Now sympathetically renovated into a cosy one bedroom romantic home. It has a living area downstairs with a traditional Cretan stone arch as well as a traditional kitchen and bathroom overlooking the garden.
Upstairs is a fully air conditioned bedroom with doors leading out to a spacious roof terrace.
Outside there is a large patio area in a large garden ideal for alfresco dining and the large pagoda gives shade throughout the day.
The house is ideal for a romantic break with it's charm and history but has all the modern conveniences including full wi-fi, music system and local guide books. There is no TV !
It is in a stunning location close to some of the best unspoilt beaches in Crete and gives a glimpse of the traditional greek life from a bygone era and lets you relax into the pace of village life.
