“En general estuvo bueno aunque tienen fotos publicadas que no cirresponden a la realidad del hotel...”

“La habitación necesita algunas reparaciones en el techo y ventana. Reparar el cable de la televisión, y la televisión, dice Netflix gratis pero solo hay cable y aveces no funcionan todos los canales ”

“Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend...

“The inside was nice and it looks like it was remodeled, but that’s where it ends. The area practically shuts down around 8 PM, and when I tried to call for an Uber, not one came to the location. There was no restaurant, nor a grocery store open within the vicinity, and after 8 PM, it was very scary. Maybe I should’ve checked out another location within Barranquilla, where there was much more amenities than this.”

Creo que hace falta algo de liderazgo de calidad que indique a los que atienden como deben regirse, tuvimos un problema de información que se hubiera podido evitar con un buen liderazgo. ”

“The owners are excellent. They attend to any requests. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean, quiet, with fan and air conditioning The property beach is lovely. If walk down to the fishing village unfortunately it is littered with garbage and animal feces. Sadly this is present in many countries. Hopefully with time and education this global problem of pollution will be solved. But the hotel is very relaxing and tranquil with lovely owners. Food is perfection!!!!”

“The space was pretty good for the price, that said, I it's not a brand name or "normal" hotel, and it shows. Lot of information needed to be sent by Whatsapp after booking, checkout was fairly disorganized, the entry hallway is used for storage and doesn't give you a great first impression. There's an odd smell through the building and room, not a bad smell per se, but you notice it. Limited ability to cook in the room, despite a kitchen, its pretty basic. Area around the hotel is sketchy at...
