“Non tutto il personale e stato cordiale e gentile...alcuni meritano altri no....eravamo due persone in camera e il personale delle pulizie lasciava solo un asciugamano grande ed un piccolo.Per concludere l ultima sera non ci hanno lasciato la carta igienica”

“It’s a nice vonvenient place to stay, either a mice bar, good food and friendly staff. The breakfasts are really exceptional when you can literally pick what you want and I loved thee choice of eggs. However the rooms are the let down. Somewhat dates, shower with curtains, lovely old sash windows but wobbly and loose which rattle in the wind. Beds are comfortable though and the rooms cleaned every day. It’s a nice older style hotel, pretty comfy, great staff and breakfasts but just a tad dated.”

“We stayed in the main building where is obvious it is under renovation, (should probably be disclosed when booking). The room was spacious with a lovely big bed, issue was it was nearly 30° when we stayed and there was no air con in the room just a dusty tower fan and a window that only opened a jar. Also the lighting in the room is poor, I had to put a flash light over the 1 full length mirror to do my make up to go out. When we arrived at the hotel check in was easy enough but it is at 4pm...

“Be aware that the cleaning staff start working on the floor at 6:30 am — yes, you read that correctly, 6:30 in the morning. They wake you up with very noisy vacuum cleaners and other equipment. I asked the reception why they were making noise so early, and they replied that the cleaning service starts at that time… unbelievable.”

“The place was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was conveniently located close to the bus stand and city centre shops.”

“Dusty corridors due to construction works within the hotel. Rooms acoustic are poor, we had our room on the ground floor and could hear everything from the floor above, footsteps and conversations. Not ideal if you want to rest. Only large towel provided no face/hand towel. Heating system is sluggish, it took a few hours to get the room heated from 16° to 20°, electricic heater on the wall couldn't be used as it was dirty and emanated burnt smell when switched on.”
