At the arrival we got an upgrade to the Creta Royal 5* which gave us access to the restaurants, pool and everything of that side of the resort which was amazing! “Das Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen! Es ist deutlich runtergewohnt, man bemerkt überall dass es die beste Zeit hinter sich hat, sei es bei den Bädern oder beim Essen, es wird sehr gespart. Dazu ist die komplette Animation auf französische vom Lookea Club! Andere Gäste werden hier ausgegrenzt, selbst bei Nachfrage bei der Animation wurde uns gesagt dass die Animation keine Erlaubnis hat, anders sprachige Kinder zu betreuen. Am Abend keine Internationale Unterhaltung, nur französisch.Der Strand...

“Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...
