“Loved staying at this place! We came for a concert and soaking in the hot tub before and after was a game changer! The hosts had everything we needed and then some. The bed was comfy, everything felt clean and fresh. The decor is spot on! The only tiny criticism is that the water in the shower gets cold quickly and there was no gas in the fire pit (or it didn’t seem to work for us). If we ever need a place to stay in Syracuse, we will be back to The Simpatico!”

The stairs leading to the entrance had no handrails, which is a definite safety hazard, and they were also in need of repair.Upon entering, the home had a stale odor with a lingering smell of old cigarette smoke. The bathroom sink only had cold water, although the shower did provide hot water. The washcloths and towels appeared old and worn, and the freezer was not cold enough to freeze 8-ounce bottles of water.The property...

“We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous.
