“Nice chalets, good location, and super friendly staff at the reception! Small groceries were available for purchase (cash box deposit) and excellent pizzas in the freezer to warm up in the well-equipped central kitchens. Everything was clean, working, and well maintained. We had a great time skiing from this location. ”

“Der Wellnessbereich muss vor Nutzung reserviert werden und separat gezahlt, der angepriesene Whirlpool löst nochmal zusätzliche Gebühren aus. Das Abendessen besteht fast ausschließlich aus fleischhaltigen Gerichten, so dass es für Vegetarier nicht zu empfehlen ist. Der Balkon an den Zimmern ist ca. 1qm groß, so dass man sich nicht zu zweit aufhalten kann. Wenn man ein Dreibett-Zimmer bucht, wird für die 3. erwachsene Person ein Kinderbett 90x180cm hinzugestellt, das war’s (nur 2 Gläser, Kaffee...

“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”

“We had a wonderful five-night stay! The building is exceptionally well-designed and the proximity to all the major ski centers is a huge plus. Having access to a secure, closed parking space was a fantastic bonus. The spa facilities were both pristine and relaxing. Our only minor note for future guests is that the TVs do not have internet connectivity; however, we simply used our laptops to stream our favorite shows. Overall, a great experience!”

“The hotel environment is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. With so many kids' facilities, it’s perfect for families. The room size is just right—clean and tidy. The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!”

“4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again!”

“We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.”
