“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”

“It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great! There's no a/c but it's manageable in a mountain town and everything works well, is clean, and I'll definitely stay again! It's a good spot to rest when the priority is being outside enjoying the best that the Colorado outdoors has to offer!”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but I don't feel the experience matched the price compared to other places we've stayed in Breckenridge. One of the biggest downsides was the additional $50 per night parking fee, especially since many comparable hotels in the area offer complimentary parking. We were also disappointed that we weren't notified ahead of time that the bar would be closed for renovations and that no accommodation or reduced rate was offered for the inconvenience.
