“L'albergo è bello, la vista sulle montagne pure. La colazione è abbondante. Non c'è un parcheggio coperto, ma un posto auto sì. L'elemento che lascia un po' perplessi è il prezzo: il costo di una notte è eccessivo. L'albergo in cui abbiamo soggiornato la notte precedente a Berna (sempre in Svizzera) non offriva di meno, ma costava poco più di metà.Grindewald è circondata da bellissime montagne, ma di per sé non ha nessuna bellezza (niente a che vedere con alcuni altri centri montani delle Alpi)....

“We enjoyed staying at the Derby Swiss Quality Hotel. It is very close to the train station and has a nice view of the mountains. The staff is friendly, and breakfast is served on time with a nice variety of options. The hotel is very close to the Coop grocery store. ”

“This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding.”

“We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view”

“ Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel. ”

“Hotel di montagna in centro a Grindelwald. I proprietari molto cordiali . Se non si può far colazione ( perché si parte prima del orario di colazione) ti preparano un piccolo pranzo al sacco. Bella vista sulle montagne. Si riceve l’entrata gratuita per la piscina comunale e per i mezzi pubblici (bus). Ci sono posteggi. Essendo in un vecchio immobile non c’è l’ascensore, ma questo fa ancora più atmosfera. Ci ritornerò ”
