“Struttura in ottime condizioni a circa dieci minuti ta Argostoli Propretari fantastici ci hanno accolto facendoci trovare nell’appartamento frutta vino ed acqua. Sono sempre presenti per qualsiasi problema perché abitano nella struttura. Penny ed il padre Stavros ci hanno dato sempre ottimi consigli riguardo le spiagge migliori dell’isola da visitare e dove cenare ”

“Wir waren Ende August 3 Wochen in der Villa Avithos Blue. Die freistehende neu erbaute 2-Zimmer Villa liegt ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft ruhig mitten in der Urbanisation mit herrlichem Blick auf den schönen Pool und das Meer und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Die Villa ist aufgrund gut angebrachter Hinweisschilder problemlos zu finden. Das letzte Stück der Zufahrt (ca 800 Meter) erfolgt über einen Schotterweg, der jedoch ohne Probleme mit einem PKW befahren werden kann. Die Ausstattung im Haus...

“Beautiful property!! Very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was updated and new inside. Had everything we needed from shampoo to iron/ironing board. Property manager stayed in touch and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The view from the terrace was so calm and peaceful. Enjoyed having my coffee each morning and a glass of wine after dinner in the evening. Plenty of space for a family of 5!!!! We will miss the house!!!”
