“Very good location in the center of Laganas to visit the best of Zakynthos. Very nice sudio with pool view, quite and very clean. Very good breakfast near the pool, friendly staff and one very good restaurant Panos near the hotel. We suggest to stay here!”

“Highly recommend this hotel. Right across from the beach, pool is lovely, staff could not be more friendly and helpful, clean, modern, water in room on arrival. Super close to restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely return. ”

“The hotel is really clean, and nice. The staff go to great lengths to keep the shared areas as clean as the rooms. Everybody goes out of their way to make us feel comfortable abd happy. The breakfast buffet was the okay, but compared to the other food options around the hotel, it felt a little shy in comparison. However, within walking distance around the hotel there are plenty of options from local tavernas to touristy spots.”

“Siamo stati dal 19 luglio al 31 luglio 2015 ad Argassi presso l’Hotel Contessa (in 5 persone/2 stanze). La struttura era molto bella con una stupenda vista mare (terrazza ristorante). Peccato la colazione che non era un granché (p.es. non vi era varietà di frutta fresca, mancavano i cornetti! e il personale potrebbe essere un po’ più cordiale…). La piscina era bellissima e il bar di quest’ultima era ben servito da un personale simpaticissimo. Le stanze erano ampie e pulite, unica pecca è che...

“Everything has been great! The staff is really nice and always keen to give us an advise regarding where to go/eat; they also help us with the rent of a car. Breakfast was good and the room big and clean. The hotel is in a really good position close to the beach and lots of restaurants but in a quiet zone.”

“After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience. I cannot thank Korinna enough as she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home. I had a wonderful stay and would return willingly. The location is fantastic and near all the amenities while being pleasant and peaceful right by the sea. Thank you for a wonderful holiday! 🙏🙏”

“SOGGIORNO DI UNA SETTIMANA CHE CREDEVO PIU' CHE SUFFICIENTE PER VISITARLA TUTTA. IN REALTA' SONO TANTI I POSTI ANCORA DA SCOPRIRE E NE VALE ASSOLUTAMENTE LA PENA. “I and my girlfriend stayed at Valais hotel for our vacation on Zakynthos. The hotel is located in the north-eastern part of the island, which has bueautiful shores and beaches. The staff is simply magnificent. Everyone is ready to help you out and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Simply highly recommended.”
