L'affitto finale è in base al numero di ospiti. Villa Orange e studio (ideale per 7-8 persone) O solo la villa senza il monolocale / appartamento si trova nell'isola di Skopelos, sul Mar Egeo, tranquilla, sicura. La popolazione locale è greca, inglese, francese e tedesca. L'isola è l'isola più verde della Grecia, nessuna violenza (niente furti con scasso, totalmente sicura per passeggiare di notte per donne e bambini). La villa si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal villaggio di Skopelos in un resort naturale (10-15 minuti a piedi da spiaggia, centro storico, porto) totalmente nuovo con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, ventilatori a soffitto, isolamento termico, finestre con doppi vetri e piscina privata di dimensioni di 7X4 m. e una profondità che va da 0,90 ma 1,80 m. Villa Orange si erge, non solo su un terreno, ma IN UN GIARDINO PIENO DI fiori e alberi da frutto. La villa e il monolocale della villa ospitano 5-6 ospiti nella villa principale e 2-3 ospiti nello studio indipendente della villa (con ingresso indipendente). Stanno in un resort naturale dichiarato, dove si sente solo il canto degli uccelli, mentre si trova SOLO 10-15 minuti. a pochi passi dal centro storico di Skopelos e dalla spiaggia più vicina e 5 minuti in auto, da ospedale, farmacia, taverne, ristoranti, ufficio noleggio auto, supermercato. Ideale per turisti senza auto. Il giardino è così curato che gli ospiti possono camminare senza scarpe, se lo desiderano. Villa, studio e giardino regalano magnifiche viste sull'isola e sul mare. La casa è stata progettata e costruita dal proprietario, che è ingegnere edile civile secondo il carattere tradizionale dell'isola. La decorazione esterna ed interna è stata accuratamente progettata con uno stile classico e romantico dai proprietari. Tutte le attrezzature della casa e del giardino sono totalmente nuove, compresi nuovi mobili, tende, magazzino, elettrodomestici. Tutta la biancheria, materassi ortopedici, cuscini, asciugamani, tende sono nuovi. La casa ha 2 piani e il monolocale 1 piano e ospitano 7-8 persone. Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia. Il primo piano ha 2 camere da letto (una con letto matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli adiacenti) e un WC. Ogni camera ha la sua terrazza privata e mobili da pranzo (splendida vista sul mare Egeo, la città di Skopelos). La seconda camera da letto con letti singoli esce in una grande terrazza di 45 mq. (orientamento ovest, splendida vista panoramica sul mare Egeo, porto, città di Skopelos, giardino, piscina. Terrazza con pergolato in legno, barbecue incorporato, mobili da pranzo. La prima camera da letto con letto matrimoniale esce in una grande terrazza di 35 mq. (orientamento est, con vista sul giardino e sul mare Egeo. Giardino recintato, ordinato, 2200 sam, tutto illuminato. Il monolocale (30 mq) si trova accanto alla villa e di fronte alla piscina (vista sulla piscina e sul giardino) completamente attrezzato con angolo cottura (fornello elettrico e frigorifero), un sacco di armadi aria condizionata, nuova doccia, WC, armadio. Offriamo gratuitamente agli ospiti i seguenti prodotti biologici della nostra terra (miele, marmellata, olio d'oliva, pomodori, zucchine, melanzane, cetrioli, limoni, 2 bottiglie di vino, 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale). Offriamo la pulizia della piscina ogni due giorni (la mattina presto alle 6,00 per non disturbare la privacy), la pulizia della Villa, i pavimenti, le terrazze, lo spazio della piscina, il cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani, ogni tre giorni. La casa ha una nuova lavatrice (7 kg) per gli ospiti. Offriamo gratuitamente sapone liquido, detersivo per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, liquido detergente per stoviglie, carbone, guanti, utensili, fiammiferi per barbecue. Siamo in attesa 24 ore su 24, nel caso abbiate problemi con la casa o problemi di salute. Abbiamo uno staff tecnico (donna delle pulizie, giardiniere, idraulico, elettricista). Puoi chiamare gratuitamente su tutto Skopelos. Hai una connessione telefonica gratuita 24 ore su 24 con il proprietario. Al fine di proteggere la casa da tempeste improvvise, ha un sistema di protezione anti-tuono che protegge tutti gli apparecchi elettrici (compresi i laptop) dall'improvviso aumento della potenza elettrica (V) dovuta ai tuoni. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di sentirci a casa a Villa Orange, in totale privacy e discrezione. Il giardino privato di Villa Orange di 2200 mq è totalmente pulito per camminare a piedi nudi!e per assaggiare frutta e verdura da agricoltura biologica. È sicuro per i bambini e tutto recintato con un ingresso con telecomand ed è pieno di arance, limoni, bergamotto (agrumi), albicocca, koumkouat, kiwi, mandarino, granatiere, pesca, albicocca e ulivi. La terra ha anche bouganville, ibisco, rose, magnolie e molte altre piante aromatiche. Hai la connessione wi-fi ad alta velocità in tutto il giardino e la piscina. Nella casa troverai un elenco di ristoranti consigliati, taverne, bar da visitare e siti visitati, spiagge da visitare. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, una per una coppia al piano terra con un letto matrimoniale (1,31X1,90), una al primo piano per una coppia con un letto matrimoniale (1,50X1,90) e una camera per bambini al primo piano accanto alla camera da letto principale con un divano che diventa 2 materassi singoli di (0,80X2,00) ciascuno, un materasso uno accanto all'altro. La camera dei bambini può ospitare due bambini di età inferiore ai 17 anni. Tutta la biancheria, gli asciugamani sono nuovi e di alta qualità. Tutta l'attrezzatura nella villa è nuova. Piscina pulita ogni due giorni e pulizia della villa, terrazze, area piscina ogni tre giorni. La partenza dalla villa non dovrebbe essere successiva alle 9:00. Arrivo possibile alle 16:00.

Summer holiday

We loved our stay at Villa Orange. The villa was spotless, the space was great with lots of different areas to relax and eat. The views on the upper seating area were brilliant for watching the sunset. The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to town, although the hill is steep on the way back up! Yannis and Lina were excellent hosts, easy to contact and so very helpful!! Thank you both we had such a lovely, relaxing holiday.

Nine days of tranquility and peace.

A very well renovated mid 1950’s prime location property. Crystal clear mountain water in the pool. Extensive multi-fruit orchards and wide variety of well watered flowers. Owner, Ioannis, is a perfectionist who appreciates considerate tenants, and looks after them according.

Very pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Orange. The house is well located in a quiet area near Skopelos and worked well for our 5 adults/2 young kids family. The owners were very kind and responsive. A couple of issues came up but they were well taken care of. We spent most of our time around the dining area near the pool. Unfortunately, the layout of the villa itself is a bit akward and the upper terrasses are not really practical because access is through the bedrooms. The independent “studio” was also disappointing (it is a reconverted utility room). Nevertheless, we did enjoy our stay and wish you a wonderful holiday at Villa Orange !

Lovely villa exactly as listed. Views of the harbour are beautiful from the balcony. Yannis and Linna could not have been more helpful from meting us from the ferry to organising our departure ferry and taxi to ensure we didn't miss our flight. If you are booking contact Yannis about ferries before you book as there are many more than you can find on line. The walk home from the town in the evening is a little steep but it is short - took less than ten minutes with the family. Definitely only get a small car as the road is very narrow. The pool is fantastic and well maintained and there is lots to do on the island. Would highly recommend the villa and paddle boarding at panormos, axia boat hire, Skopelos cycles night cycle tour and you have to go to the mamma Mia church. there are loads of lovely restraunts in Skopelos.

This is an excellent property, well cared for, great location for Skopelos town, beach, tavernas, shops, ferry and buses. It has beautiful views from the 3 balconies and a decent sized swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. The air conditioning worked well. It was in good decorative order and well maintained with a regular clean and refresh of towels and bedding and a good supply of basic self-catering amenities such as soap and toilet rolls. Pool towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped and even has a sandwich toaster! Yannis and Lina were generous and excellent hosts - they left food and wine in the fridge on arrival and arranged taxis for us on arrival and departure. Communication was excellent and nothing too much trouble. You need to be quite fit to walk up the hill from town if you are not renting a car, but the villa and views are worth it. There's plenty of parking and the villa is very secure. It's also very peaceful and located in a lovely garden full of orange, lemon and pomegranate trees. I would recommend this villa without hesitation and we hope to return again next year.

Wonderful property and location

Yannis and Lina offer a wonderful property in a fantastic location. The villa was incredibly clean, and the personal service they provided, from meeting us from our water ferry to regularly checking that we had everything we needed, was superb. The kitchen was well equipped and the homemade marmalade a real treat (and the olive oil, honey and wine!). The grounds were very well kept and the pool welcoming. The poolside sun beds were very comfortable and there was seating on all the balconies to make the most of every aspect. The first floor BBQ was great for cooking local fish with the sun setting in the background. The villa is located within walking distance of all the local restaurants which offered excellent, good value food. We hired a car to visit some beautiful beaches, but local bus routes and boat trips mean you could easily cope without one. Fantastic walks from the property in the hills behind the villa up to the scenic monastery region. Highly recommend the island of Skopelos - friendly people, clean, safe and amazing scenery. Thank you to Yannis and Lina for making this such a memorable holiday.

Great house

Very nice house with lovely pool area, and terraces. Practical and well equipped house. We were met with a pleasant and nice welcome from Yannis, who was fast to solve things that came up. He even bought a wonderful birthday cake to our son! The villa has a good location with a wonderful view. We already knew, the road from Skopelos town is steep. But also charming. Before arriving you will get a 12 page document with instructions and many houserules. Some written in red bold letters. Many totally ok but some might influence your stay, like pool hours, cleaning hours when you have to leave the area totally and others. Unfortunately we experienced that the dialogue with the owners turned hostile and aggressive. It turned into threats about the deposit. This had an impact on our vaccination. This review might lead to more aggressive comments from the owners. We will not respond to these.

We spent two great weeks in Villa Orange. The view from the balcony towards the sea and town is spectacular. The house is located in a very quiet area in the hillside, with beautiful green surroundings. The house itself is also good, with a very nice pool area, and the hosts are always available and helpful.

Orange Villa Review

The villa itself was excellent overall. The pool area was great and the balconies fantastic for evening meals etc. The rooms were perhaps small especially the bathroom but no complaints If you have anything other than an extremely small car you will have problems getting up the road leading to the villa as it very very narrow with some local taxis refusing to go to there The owners however were pretty belligerent and obnoxious via messaging and texts suggesting that were extremely dirty and disrespectful to them by not keeping the property in tip top condition. Granted we had a 2 year old with us but I consider thier comments unfair. Needless to say our deposit will not be returned to us. C’est La vie Overall Scopolos was great and we were happy with our villa and had a great week. The owners not so much so beware!

Traumhaftes Domizil, alles einfach super! Nur ein kleines Manko, online hieß es für acht Personen, wir haben für sieben gebucht, waren dann nur zu sechs, damit hatten wir die perfekte Größe, aber eine Person mehr hätte bedeutet in einem Durchgangszimmer, nicht so toll und dann die Toilette mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer teilen, hier im ersten Stock gibt es gar kein Bad, also dann alle (5 Personen) im Haus ins Erdgeschoss, in ein nicht wirklich großes Bad, das sah irgendwie im Internet anders aus! Ansonsten war das ein richtiger toller Urlaub in einem wirklich traumhaften Domizil ! Danke an Yannis!

Belle propriété agréable , au calme, en pleine nature sur les hauteurs de Skopélos et proche du centre(10 minutes à pieds et deux minutes en voiture). Dans cette villa vous y serez comme chez vous avec une vue imprenable sur le port. Yannis et Lina sont des propriétaire aux petits soins envers leurs hottes et sont de très bons conseils avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons été enchantés de ce lieu de villégiature. We spend 10 beautiful days in Villa Orange in September. The villa is wonderful and well kept. The weather was perfect - sunny, but not too warm. Yannis, the owner , is one one the most cordial and helpful hosts I’ve ever met. Thank you, Yannis, from all of us!

Our Villa Orange 2019 Experience

My Wife and I spent a wonderful two weeks at the Villa Orange this last June, we were met on arrival at the port of Skopelos by the owner of the of the Villa Orange, Yannis, of whom I shall fondly remember as the friendly gentle giant. After collecting the hire car we joined Yannis at the Villa, the Villa Orange it’s self is exactly as described, spacious and clean with nothing you could put fault to, it is very private and secure with the benefits of a electronic security gate. It has Beautiful views over looking the town of Skopelos of which is just 10 to 15 minutes walk or just 5 minutes by car, the route to to Villa is a concrete road. No dirt tracks to the Villa Orange here, just a word of caution, the road can get a little narrow in places, but nothing that can’t be overcome. As I had said in the above Yannis is very friendly, assuring you that any problems that may occur at the Villa, he will be on hand for you 24/7, we did have a minor problem while on our stay, and true to his word he was at the villa within 15 minutes to rectify it, we unfortunately did not meet his wife Lina’s, as she was not on the Island, but she did phone to say Hello to us, which we thought was nice of her. Another little touch, there was two bottles of wine, two bottle of water, tomatoes and cucumbe, two jars of marmalade and 1 litre of Olive Oil as a welcome pack both the marmalade and Olive Oil, are of Yannis own product, Wonderful! A big Thank you Yannis and Lina’s it was pleasure to have met you and stayed at you wonderful Villa Orange. Mike and Christine Slade. South Wales, UK

A moment of magic

Villa Orange is a beautiful villa in lovely grounds above Skopelos port. Yannis and Lina are the most hospitable and attentive hosts and did everything and more to make us feel at home. Our memorable holiday is due to them and their kindness. A moment of pure magic. The house is immaculately clean and very comfortable (with regularly replaced fresh linens) and cleaned on a regular basis. The garden is a delight. Beaches are close to hand and the swimming pool is an added luxury. The stunning views from the downstairs and upstairs terraces are of Skopelos port. Car and scooter rental provides access to the many beaches on the island. Skopelos town has many delightful restaurants as do the villages nearby. We loved it all and will return.

Villa Orange, Skopelos Town - summer 2017

Our family of four had fantastic weeks in Villa Orange July 2017. The house, pool and garden are immaculate with a mesmerizing view of Skopelos town. Yannis and Lina are most considerate and helpful , and will do anything to make your stay easy and comfortable. We have been to Skopelos serveral times and absolutely love the island and the authentic atmosphere, and have now found the most perfect house, Villa Orange. Lovely villa in a great location

The pictures speak for themselves. Fantastic views and lovely outdoor areas, we had a very comfortable enjoyable stay. The owners picked us up and were very accommodating. Skopelos town is a short walk away and has many good restaurant's and bars. Would definitely return.

Excellent Stay!

What a pleasure it was to stay at Villa Orange. Yannis and Lina helped out with the booking and logistics and were very helpful during our whole stay. The villa is delightful, set in lovely grounds with endless fruit trees, a spacious pool and lovely terraces to find sun or shade. The views from the terrace are wonderful especially watching the sun go down in the evening. The villa is located at the end of a quiet lane about 15 mins walk from town up a fairly steep hill. You might not need a car but it makes life easier! We walked into town in the evenings but had a car as well. That is the best of both worlds we felt. Inside, the villa is well equippped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are really comfy with lovely sheets and pillows. There is 1 bathroom on the ground floor next to a bedroom and a toilet on the upper floor serving the other 2 bedrooms. It works pretty well though. The nice thing is that Yannis and Lina supply all the basics you need for the house so you just need to shop for food and drink. There is even a spring in the garden and the water is drinkable. Yannis and Lina also gave us some welcoming wine, honey and marmalade as well as their home grown tomatoes and cucumbers which was an added bonus. Overall Villa Orange was a great place to stay and we would definitely return again.

Paradiesisches Haus in der Bucht von Skopelos

Unser Urlaub begann mit dem herzlichen Empfang durch unsere Gastgeber Lina und Yannis Asteriadis am Hafen Skopelos. Ihre wunderschöne Villa liegt gegenüber dem Hauptort von Skopelos in einer Hanglage mit wunderbarem Blick in alle Richtungen. Diese Blicke genießt man von den Terrassen, die in alle Himmelsrichtungen orientiert sind. Im Haus warteten schon selbstgemachte Marmelade, Honig, Olivenöl und Wein auf uns. Wasser gibt es direkt von der hauseigenen Quelle. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, qualitativ hochwertig gebaut, z.B. sind Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Türen angebracht. Trotz August war das Haus kühl, so dass wir die Klimaanlage kaum brauchten. Der Pool ist geplegt und von einem Zitrusgarten umgeben. Die Lage ist ideal: Skopelos Stadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen; ein Wanderweg beginnt direkt hinter dem Haus. Lina und Yannis sind wundervolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns mit unseren drei Kindern rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful setting

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Orange in Skopelos. The inside of the Villa was lovely - nicely decorated; air conditioned; great shower; good size kitchen etc. The large upstairs balcony areas provided fantastic views of the harbour, one of which had a large table and chairs and great barbecue which we used a number of times - lovely in the evening as the sun was setting and the town lit up. The pool was a really good size in a beautiful spacious setting of orange, lime and lemon trees. There was another seating area outside, so we were spoilt for choice in terms of mealtimes. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Skopelos harbour is about a 10/15 minute walk downhill from the Villa. The holiday would be manageable without a car, however if you're planning on self catering for most of the holiday and want to see some of the island, then a small car really is necessary. Skopelos town/harbour itself was very pretty with lots of lovely restaurants and shops. The island is the greenest of all the Greek islands and very pretty. We went to a number of lovely beaches/visited places where Mama Mia was filmed. The owners Yannis and Lena couldn't have been more helpful. They provided us with a wealth of very useful information before we arrived. Yannis met us at the port, took us up to the villa and then took my husband to the supermarket as we hadn't arranged a car on day one. The fridge was stocked with lovely marmalade (from their orange trees), honey, wine and water on arrival. The maid cleaning service was excellent. Yannis then helped take our bags back down to the port on our final day! We would highly recommend this villa and island!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful Villa. We had a lovely holiday staying there with our three teenage children and so enjoyed the pool and sitting out late in the evening on the top terrace looking out over Skopelos town. We also thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous home made orange marmalade and feta cheese! The villa is positioned high up a very narrow road, and although it is not a difficult 10 minute walk into the town, I would recommend a car inorder to explore the lovely beaches on the Island. We rented a boat from Panormous Beach and had a lovely day motoring up one side of the Island and exploring the hidden beaches only reached by boat.

Wonderful property and owners

Location The road to the villa is narrow but a small car has no problem with the road, the walk now and again is also enjoyable. The view from the villa is spectacular, sunset, sunrise and even in the the odd thunder shower, the view will remain with us for a long time. Villa The villa is very clean, has all of the facilities you need and the outside space is fantastic. Great pool and garden areas as well as no fewer than three balconies, all with the wonderful views. Owners As wonderful as the views. Yannis and his wife are truly interested in you, picked us up and took us through the real island on the trip to the villa. Nothing is too much trouble, it is great to meet genuine people that happen to own and run a villa.

Delightful villa in amazing setting

My family and I stayed at Villa Orange for two weeks in June. We were all really looking forward to it, but I have to say that the villa, the location and Skopelos Island far outweighed our expectations. The villa itself was the nicest we've stayed in (we have been taking villa holidays for the last ten+ years) - the design, build quality, fittings, equipment, cleanliness and grounds were all excellent. Our favourite place was on the balcony having BBQs and taking in the fantastic views towards the port (we never tired of watching all the boats coming and going), and also around the pool surrounded by fruit trees. The only minor thing that we felt the villa lacked was a second shower, although this wasn't really an issue at all. We also really enjoyed the peaceful location and walking down into town, which took us around 20mins. The track from the villa was fairly narrow and steep in places, but provided good exercise and plenty of fresh air. There's lots of good tavernas and cafes that served fresh and tasty food, all with sincere friendliness everywhere we went. Finally I cannot write highly enough of the villa owners, Yannis and Lina. Their professionalism, excellent service, care and generosity was first class. From providing lifts, offering local advice, gifts of fresh produce and willingness to just spend time with us was greatly appreciated. This was typified when our ferry was cancelled on our last day to return to Skiathos to catch our flight. Yannis was brilliant - he helped to resolve all the issues and ensured we made our flight on time. Needless to say we would certainly recommend Villa Orange and will no doubt return in the future. Sincere thanks to Yannis and Lina!

Premium Class Accomodation, Service & Hospitality

Villa Orange and its owners are unique. The house meets top standards: bright, clean, modern furniture, all appliances available, very cosy but also elegant and useful ambiance overall. 3 bedrooms, 1 living-room, 1 big shower, modern windows and doors, very good beds with new matresses and big cabinets, 2 terraces and a great big BBQ. The villa gets cleaned two times per week (exchange of towels included) while you are out. And we enjoyed wonderful barbecues on the western terrace. The premises are very large and very beautiful, the pool is not only a highlight, but it's also cleaned every morning by a nearby gardener while you are sleeping. All the fruit-trees and the plants' perfumes are another highlight to enjoy on site. Villa Orange offers you an amazing view on the bay of Skopelos town at every time of the day. At night you hear nothing but a few birds. The town and all supermarkets, shops or car-rentals can be reached within 10-20 min. walking. Renting a car is very useful, but not compulsory, depending on how you want spend your holidays. In any case, it should be small since roads are narrow. All outside equipment is of top quality and prepared in a very nice and convenient way. Yannis, the owner, is not only a civil engineer (which can be seen by the way the villa and its premises are constructed) but he is also a very warmhearted person. He introduced us not only to the features of the villa but also to all the fruit trees, herbs and other secrets of his garden. And he introduced us to his home-made delicacies made from fruit and olives. Inside the house the owner's have a "user's manual" not only about the house but also with hints regarding excursions and their telephone numbers for you. Unfortunately, we could not meet his wife Lina, but had a short vc with her since she works outside the Island. Yannis was also very, very nice and friendly with our kids, one time even taking them to town and back as they wanted to be big guys and go shopping on their own... We felt very well taken care about at any time and enjoyed one of our greatest holidays ever with a home-base at Villa Orange and with a lot of fun on Skopelos Island, at its beaches, on its hiking trails, in its tavernas and also sailing on the Agean Sea. What a feeling when then returning "home" in that property every day during 10 days... :-):-).
