“We enjoyed our stay at the cabin--everything was very clean and well organized, with coffee and tea, all the utensils and pots one would need. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of towels. We especially enjoyed the fact that there was a fire pit--lovely for a warm evening. We were able to get back and forth to Colby College in 30 minutes and had dinner in Skowhegan.”

“We had two rentals for parents and grandparents to attend Colby graduation. The treehouses are just beautiful and the managers have thought of and provided for every need. We were close enough to the campus but in such a gorgeous lakeside spot; it was perfect. The manager is the most kind and responsive person. It would be lovely at any time but it was just ideal for this special family time. Thank you, Feras, for being so wonderful!!”

“Excellent cabin, great location and had everything we were looking for. Right on the water with a great fire pit. Only a couple of suggestions, some way to plug in the electric fireplace and maybe a luggage rack or somewhere to put a suitcase. ”

“The view was amazing. The cabin tho was nothing like expected. It's currently being renovated, but the walls are nothing but installation, the flooring isn't finished at all. There is electricity and tv, but no water and the bathroom is not finished but there is a port a potty outside that is completely disgusting. Overall the view is great but the place definitely needs a lot. ”

“Found the cabin on the second try, it’s hidden in plain sight, right off the road. Hosts provided welcoming touches like a personal sign and flowers. It’s a basic setup much like camping and we brought some basic kitchen stuff and lighting devices, which helped. The stream was full and flowing fast and loud, but subsided over time. “We are a retired couple in our early 70's and have stayed at this cabin every year for the last 12 years. You can't beat the remote location and wonderful view. The cabin is straight out of an LL Bean ad, and about as close to the water as you can get. We normally come in spring and fall to kayak and enjoy the view from the awesome screen deck. Scott is a great host and always responds immediately.”

“This cabin is lovely - a beautiful location, very comfortable. Pam and Larry are great hosts; very communicative and helpful. We had a very relaxing stay overall. We had some unfortunate timing, with the lake experiencing a persistent algae bloom that made the water inaccessible to swimming or water sports, but we made the best of it - exploring other area lakes and ponds for swimming (in particular, McGrath Pond had a hidden gem of a local swimming spot!), I would highly recommend this...
