“The reception was extremely poor, we waited for an hour at the gate for someone to open for us. we spent around R200.00 airtime calling the office and the Officer we were given his number. finally someone who came to our rescue just passed us at the without an apology. we were so unhappy and decided to go to other hotel.”

“We had a 1 night stay over at the Golden Gate hotel. We initially thought we booked at the hotel but was surprised that we had booked a chalet. The chalet was perfect with its own braai (BBQ) outside and all the amenities required for a proper self catering experience. Would definitely stay there again as it about a 15 minute scenic drive to Clarens.”
