“Three families with teens and tweens had a wonderful time this weekend. We were steps from the slopes and had everything for a comfortable and fun weekend. The three teen boys loved the bunk/gameroom. The hot tub was a great place to warm up after skiing. We will absolutely be back.”

“The house, furniture and appliances were in great condition. All beds were very comfortable. Plenty of good firewood to burn. Beautiful view across the mountains from the spacious hot tub. Plenty of room for our two families of four. The free shuttle would pick us up at the bottom of the driveway within minutes of calling them. The host was so easy to communicate with, helpful and very nice. Definitely staying here from now on.”

“Such a sweet small town and this rental is a great location because it’s just a few blocks from restaurants, the river, and the rail trail but far enough that there isn’t much traffic! The home is fully stocked with everything you need (they seriously thought of everything!) The host was super easy to chat with about local suggestions and questions about our planning before arriving! The house doesn’t have AC but fans are provided for each room which was helpful! “The cabin is amazing! Had a fire going the whole weekend and went in the hot tub every night. Only problem was parking can be sketchy. The driveway is steep/angled and was fully iced over during our stay. Still totally worth it.”

Highland County if very remote and this location is in one of the most remote parts of the county so you are truly away from it all. Very quiet day and night. “This was a well equipped and comfortable house in a convenient and beautiful location. We enjoyed Charlie and Red and feeding them apples. Our whole time was very enjoyable and we were able to do everything that we wanted to in the area. We want to send our thanks to the owners of this guest house for allowing us to stay here. If we are in the area again, we would definitely try to stay here. Lovely area.”
