However I was more than pleasantly surprised to the cleanliness and friendliness and overall attention to detail from the room to the breakfast. I stayed at a brand new Saint Regis last month and didn't see anywhere near the attention to detail that this place and staff provided. Well done I would not hesitate to stay again.”

“What a very nicw hotel stay . My family was there for 2 nights. I am an ohio native moved away and back enjoyed my time with family. Breakfast was wonderful both days. Pool was nice and clean. Beds were clean comfortable and warm”

“When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!”

“Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that". I recommend going anywhere other than here.”
