“Our hotel was clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable; only true complaint is the excessive noise from the highway behind the hotel. Although a new building the windows &/or walls clearly do not keep the traffic noise out and as a result loud vehicles woke us up repeatedly during our two-night stay. A restful night at this Garden Inn is not possible if your room is on the interstate highway side of the hotel or without wearing ear plugs.”

“The staff and service were excellent, and the location was convenient with shopping nearby. The room was comfortable and relaxing, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was of good quality, though a bit less impressive compared to another hotel we stayed at earlier on our trip. I also noticed that some guests did not show the best manners, which must be challenging for the staff to handle. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.”

“I enjoyed my stay while I was in Canton for Pro Football Hall of Fame weekend. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok but could use a little more variety. It is a good hotel that is worth the price. I wouldn't mind staying there again.”

“General cleanliness was poor. In my room the bathroom trash was in there, in the coffee maker a used dry coffee pouch was in there, using the elevator it was always smelling of tobacco use. The front outside could be improved by cleaning and tendering the area to look smart and inviting. My stay did not meet my expectations. There were positives like the staff were very helpful. The closeness to Walmart and other shops is very convenient. ”

“This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that Expedia charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through Expedia again that’s for sure.”
