“The room was not very clean, and we were disappointed with the size and quality for the price. The pullout couch was not functional, but the actual couch was grungy so we decided it wasn’t an option either. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, and when we did turn it on, it did not work well enough for our food to keep. We were disappointed with this stay, I would advise spending the extra money and going elsewhere.”

“As a motorcycle rider of over 35 yrs going into a hotel can cause some anxiety wondering if there will be judgements. In our case there was no judgement and very welcoming staff. Myself and my riding buddy were left in awe of the simple yet thoughtful rag left on our bikes over night to dry our seats. Never have either of us experienced this kind of thoughtfulness. “Room was very spacious and clean. We were concerned about the safety of the tub There was no tub mat. Also no shelves to put your own bar of soap on I would advise adding grab bars before there is an accident. Currently there were none. A towel rack is not a grab bar Other than that, it is a perfect location as it is in walking distance to downtown or the waterfront if going on a 1000 Island cruise”
