“I love the overall look/decor of the hotel. The location is perfectly centralized to numerous attractions/restaurants/shopping. Very nice hot breakfast, pool (indoor and outdoor, and hot tub. Love the balcony for our room. Highly recommend it and will definitely stay again!”

“My family and I stayed here for several days over Spring Break. Place was busy, no early check-in. Breakfast was really good, so many options to choose from. Wasn’t able to make it to the indoor pool area due to the amount of people already out there. Enjoyed the fire pit! Would stay again. Wish they had a gym.”

“No breakfast menu. Hanging towels next to toilet, garbage piled up even though we didn't have a Do Not Disturb. Only took garbage one day. Black bugs on sink and in bed, they say leave dirty towels on the floor left my dirty washcloths on the shower floor. Never picked up. Very disappointed the amount of money we spent the rooms are beautiful. But the cleaning staff nowhere to be seen. One morning we were leaving she asked us if we needed anything I asked for extra creamer she didn't even do...

“Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again.”

“Breakfast was delicious, the staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. There were 2 breakfast attendants. One was a woman who was extremely nice and welcoming and one was a man who seemed to be in a bad mood all the time. He was condescending and rude. Also if you need a handicapped room it will be all the way as far from the elevator as possible. Not sure who planned this out but if someone cannot walk or walk well that is too far! ”

“Upon check in my room was ready and we walked down to realize we had been assigned a room on the outer street side of the hotel. I was a bit confused as the photos I saw when booking seemed like the rooms were all indoor facing the pool/atrium, not facing the street. For safety reasons, I prefer to not have a door to my room on the outside of the building with easy street access. I went back to the front desk and asked if I could change rooms to have an indoor room and the staff were very...
