“You can tell the staff truly cares about the property. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were updated, the front desk attendant was very personable. My kids loved the towel elephant on the bed waiting for us too. The walking distance to the island was more convenient than if we had parked in the parking lot at the island. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!”

“Property felt very safe with a home-like atmosphere. Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Pool was great and had life jackets and toys for littles. The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee is some of the best I’ve ever had! 10/10 would stay again!”

I had a heavy feeling in my chest when i was in the room which leads me to believe there is some kind of allergic reaction going on. Kitchen was a plus. Breakfast did the job but not great. Walls a bit thin and lots of kids. Staff was accommodating so really any issues i had, i was willing to overlook leading to the higher rating. ”

“Parking was atrocious if you want to park your own car! My card wouldn't open the gate to parking 2 separate times! I had to back out into traffic and heavy foot traffic both times to go return to the Hotel and get the card changed. Finally gave up. They do have valet parking though if you don't mind teenage kids parking your $80,000 truck! Then it stopped working for our room door. Had to get it replaced twice. The place is very nice but the parking and the room/parking card was a real...

“Overrall great, attentive clean and very helpfull. 5 mnts away from the Island ans 20 mnts away from Garlingburg. Great location great service and breakfast was fresh and also good. The pool was clean and the fact that its 24 hrs with a hot tub is awesome. This hotel will be the one from now on. ”

“The hotel rooms and main areas are clean. The pools have high volume of chlorine. The warming tub/hot tub, had lots of kids. For health and safety reasons it should be 14 and up. Small kids were jumping in under supervised, swimming under water and used the warming tub/hot tub as a pool when you should only to 15 minutes increments. ”

“The mountain view was breathtaking, and the parking situation was convenient and secure. Our stay was enjoyable overall. However, the king-size bed featured a mattress that was in need of replacement, as one side sinks down to the springs. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the comfort of the stay.”
