“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

“The stay was overall pretty good. The townhouse was in perfect condition, and everything worked pretty well. The rental team communicates every day, and they were in constant communication the whole time. I want to give 5 stars, but we had only a few issues: the property wasn't immaculate; we had to clean it once we arrived; and two cups had coffee stains. One towel had a hole, and the beds were more concerning. That lack of boxsprints made it hard to rest properly. I guess everything was fine...
