Le dimensioni ridotte e la pulizia non eccellente, soprattutto la moquette che presentava macchie un po’ inquietanti, sono tutti fattori che non mi fanno giudicare positivamente la struttura. Rapporto qualità prezzo non idoneo. Unica nota piacevole, la struttura in sé, una residenza con una storia da raccontare. ”

“Some things I did enjoy about the hotel were the staff, they were helpful and kind. And there is complimentary snacks and water for guests at the lobby. This was convenient and a nice touch. Also the pool area looked clean from a distance although we didn’t get to use them. The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, there are plenty of flowers and lights. But on the inside, the hallways and the lobby look outdated. The rooms don’t look too outdated and they looked clean but they smelled musty. I...

“Views are great. The rooms need more outlets for charging. Bed cover had blood on it when we arrived. It was obviously not changed in between guests.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a basic, low amenities place with good parking. It is what it advertises! The room was a little dusty but bathroom was very clean. Appreciated the box fan in the closet.”

“This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

“I would like a refund, Expedia failed to Email access codes to enter the building and the room we had reserved. When we hadn't received the necessary codes by 4:00 pm (check in time) prior to arrival, We were able to contact Expedia and the after a difficult search they were able to find our reservation. the woman we spoke to finally found our reservations and provided the codes for the building room.
