“Place was awesome. Room was new and modern. The hotel had direct access to the ski slopes. The gondola was right outside and you can ski directly to the onsite ski valet. The hotel had a very nice pool and spa complex. Also, they provided a great breakfast buffet each morning.”

“More helpful staff would be great. We tried to get coins for laundry and had to wait for manager, had to go downstairs a few times just for that. ”

“One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back ”

Highly appreciated all services, i.e. the inner garage, wood and all accessories to light the fireplace in the apartment, coffee tea and water available in the hall. A place where to relax and enjoy winter time.”

“Staff was really nice and the room was lovely. But…it was NOISY! I don’t know what was going on every night but there were people yelling and talking so loud we could literally hear them through the window from the third floor. Had no idea Aspen had that kind of wild night life but we barely slept the two nights we were there. It’s a shame because it’s really cute and very well-located. Down side - there is no hotel parking and it was very difficult to park! ”

“There is major construction going on basicly in the hotel's parking lot. So there is a lot of noise and dust. The property was comfortable just outdated. There are not hot tubs/pools, outdoor grills, etc.”
