Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 304 is located on the third floor and has been remodeled with a warm and welcoming western theme. You will appreciate the fine details found in the kitchen cabinetry, custom log furnishings, river rock fireplace and the high vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The sectional sofa is a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass have to offer. The open concept living and kitchen area creates an ideal space to gather while preparing meals and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

This 3 bedroom condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This vacation rental features 2 master bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed and both featuring en-suite baths with separate double vanity areas. The third bedroom has a custom made full bunk bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and flat screen TV. This bedroom is perfect for adults or children.

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain. From your balcony your view is expanded to include the area mountains. The balcony is a great spot to unwind while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a convenient guest laundry room located on the first floor of the building. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have central air conditioning however a portable unit is installed in the master bedroom and living room. Fans are provided for your comfort in the other rooms.***

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.

***The pool and hot tub area is now open for the summer season, closing on September 29 and re-opening Thanksgiving weekend for the winter. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***
******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Great Location

You can't beat the location. It is so easy to wake up and put on skis and get to the base especially if you have kids in the ski school. However, we stayed longer than a week and this unit does not have laundry. The machines are 4 flrs down and the machines don't work well and take forever to dry. So you are constantly going up and down figuring out timing - not something you want to do on a vacation. Also, they prob offer for a fee, but no new linens after a week and no pickup of old towels, and again if you want to wash your own linens the machines are out of unit. The products in the bathroom offered are OK. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils but did not have the general cooking items needed, which some places do. Unit was dark in the rooms but was fine.

Great summer trip in the mountains

The unit was great- 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was clean and very conveniently located. The hot tub was also very nice in rhe cool evenings. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great place for 3 couples to enjoy skiing

We had a group of 6 “older adults” (3 couples). Thus, having a bedroom with a private bath for each couple was a huge plus. The unit was well appointed and very comfortable. We might have liked more dining space and more comfortable seating for the 6 adults, but we understood the space was limited, and we did okay with what we had. The queen size bunk beds were not the most comfortable for an older couple, but again, we anticipated that from the pictures, and worked with what we had. We found the decor of the unit very welcoming. The bench for changing boots, the storage for skiing extras (cubbies), and being able to store and lock skis right outside the door were all extremely convenient. Most convenient, however, was the ski-in/ ski-out access!! All in all, Shadowbrook 304 was well worth our trip to Snowmass.

Location was fantastic! Easy access to free gondola, shops, restaurants and fun. 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for privacy with plenty of room in common areas for our group. Elevator helpful with luggage and groceries. Would book this place again in the future.

Excellent condo in perfect location!

This condo did not disappoint! Location is right below center village and on Fanny Hill. Ski locker on the ground floor is on the way to the slope - very convenient. This is a true ski-in/ski-out experience! And, to get to center village for food or shopping after skiing, it’s just a quick walk up a few short flights of steps - can’t beat that! You can also easily walk down to the base village as well. Parking is covered and clearly marked, and very close to the elevator. Upon walking into the condo, we were welcomed by a long hallway with many cubbies to hold boots, helmets, bags, gloves - you name it! On the other side of the hallway was an endless row of hooks for coats and things - so smart. (Bonus - the bottom row is just above a heating vent so in the morning you put your feet into warmed boots!) The three bedrooms are spacious and well-laid out, all with en-suite bathrooms which is awesome. The living area has lots of seating available, and a beautiful view of the slopes and pool/hot tub area. You can also enjoy the view from the lovely patio. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the things you’d need to enjoy your meals. The layout is narrow but manageable! If I had to nitpick on SOMETHING, would be the dining area. There is an island area off the galley-kitchen that has large, slightly clunky bar-chairs that are a bit cumbersome to move. There is a folding table in the living area tho and some folding chairs that are quite comfortable to sit in, but we opted not to use them since it would have made the living area very cramped. But - it IS available to use so we appreciated the option. The owners clearly thought of everything and we were so happy to stay there. We would definitely return!

Unit was as advertised. Excellent location Abbott 1/3 of the way up the mountain- halfway between the lower and upper village. Upper unit with Gish ceilings and an excellent view. Very quiet with fully stocked kitchen. Nice fireplace and large en-suite bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again- Greg
