Luxury Mountain Snowmass Village Home 5 Letto 5. 5 Bagno 3800 Sq Ft Ottimo accesso sciistico

Splendidamente ristrutturato (2016) 5 camere da letto (8 posti letto) e 5 ½ casa bagno, a Ridge Run vicino al cuore di Snowmass Village (0 8 miglia giù per la collina) su un lotto di 30.000 sq ft con ampie vedute delle montagne, porta una sensazione di essere immerso nella natura e si trova in posizione centrale a tutto ciò che Snowmass e Aspen ha da offrire. Questa casa, recentemente rinnovata (2016), ha: 2 caminetti (1 legna, 1 gas); nuovi pavimenti e moquette in legno; ampio divano componibile in pelle; tonnellate di finestre che creano molta luce; 7 televisori (uno in ogni camera da letto) tutti con 400 canali incluso ogni canale di film (Netflix / HBO / Cinemax / Starz / Showtime) (TV da 65 "in sala grande con Apple TV); e un grande tavolo da pranzo (posti a sedere 10) che rendono questa casa la casa di intrattenimento perfetta per tutti per godersi le attività estive o invernali. Questa casa ha accesso sciistico a Assay Hill per uno sciatore intermedio (camminare a circa 100 metri e salire di fronte al Deer Brook Condos - vedi foto con la rotta dello sci). La navetta di chiamata (Dial-A-Ride) offre un trasporto facile e veloce (arriva direttamente alla porta d'ingresso in meno di 10 minuti) da e verso qualsiasi località di Snowmass Village. Su richiesta sono disponibili anche pass per i permessi speciali e il parcheggio è a meno di un miglio dalla casa. Il ponte di 1000 metri quadrati con vasca idromassaggio, grande barbecue grill a gas (e fumatore separato) e mobili da giardino creano un'esperienza indimenticabile in Rocky Mountains. La cucina di grandi dimensioni dello chef (con un'isola e un bar con 4 sedie da bar) è dotata di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui un frigorifero subzero, 3 lavastoviglie e una grande isola che può ospitare quattro persone. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno dedicato (4 camere da letto con bagno privato) configurazione camera da letto: 2 camere ciascuna con letti king size; 1 camera da letto matrimoniale; 1 camera matrimoniale e doppia; e, stanza a castello con una regina e 2 gemelli. Tutti i bagni hanno ripiani in granito e grandi box doccia. La casa è dotata di lenzuola, lenzuola, piumoni, coperte, asciugamani e tappetini nuovi di zecca (febbraio 2018). Questa casa ha un ampio garage riscaldato per 2 auto, un sacco di spazio e un ampio vialetto di recente costruzione che può facilmente gestire altre 5 auto. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliero è disponibile su richiesta. Our family stayed New Year's week at the well-appointed property and enjoyed the spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, hot tub, wood burning fireplace and outdoor grill.We also made the short drive into Aspen for shopping and dining. The skiing at Snowmass is phenomenal!Thanks for sharing your home.

We will definitely rent this house again. We loved the location. The home is spacious and we were able to enjoy all of the amenities of The Timbers Club. And it’s true ski in-ski out with ski lockers and boot warmers.

The house had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It snowed a good bit while we were there and the drive way was always plowed and the snow always shoveled off the deck. When we had a small issue w the hot tub and one of the ovens, the owner, David had someone out immediately. The only thing I’d would have done differently is rent a car, the dial a ride was not timely always. When they were available it was great and only a $1 a person. Uber and Lyfts are limited especially in the snowmass area. When in aspen Uber drivers often cancel when they know you are going back to snowmass. Shuttle buses work great between aspen, buttermilk, highlands and snowmass.

Great house, accommodated our large group. Great views from the large living space. If you are an avg skier and are in good shape you can access Assay Hill from the house in 5 minutes going down, 10 minutes going up. Skiing was awesome while we were there!

With 6 adults and 4 teenagers this house was perfect. Grandparents in the beautiful upstairs bedroom, living mid level with lovely open fire and 2 families downstairs. For our expert skiers - ski in/ski out.

Perfect house for family and friends. Great for entertaining. We rented it for our daughter's wedding and were very pleased with the amenities and flow of the house. David, the contact for the house was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely recommend it and may stay there in the future!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it is a fantastic place to gather with friends. The great room has a wood burning fire place with large TV, plentiful seating options and a large dining table. It is a great place to hang out! The hot tub on the deck has great views and we used the outdoor grill to cook two dinners. The five bedrooms can accommodate a lot of different sleeping options and the owner offers a queen size inflatable bed as well. For those who need to do some work while away, there is a great den area off the main room where you can have some privacy but still feel connected to your group. Most importantly, the owner, David, is super flexible to deal with and takes a real interest in the guest experience. Through no fault of David's or his management team, I did have to mark the check in process and cleanliness down to 4 stars due to the labor shortages in the area. Our cleaning crew struggled to complete turnover on our day of arrival and did not leave until 6:30 pm. They were terribly rushed and were not able to clean the house to the level they normally do. This did not affect our overall satisfaction score, but guests coming to the area should be aware that the labor shortages nationally are being felt locally and should be understanding of how hard everyone is working. I highly recommend this home for a great ski stay!

The property was in excellent condition with wonderful modern appliances, including two large washer/Dryers, two dishwashers, even a separate ice maker. Large outdoor deck with large spa-tub and outdoor grill. Two better coffee makers, one Keurig and one standard. The owner and his property manager were always responsive.

Wow! This is possibly the best place in snowmass for the money. It's within walking distance to the slopes and the views are breathtaking. The house is super modern and has tons of room for big groups. David was a great host. He's very responsive and personable. Great person to deal with and great house to stay in. Highly recommend this spot if you're on the fence.

Great owner and management of the house, staff making sure snow shoveled from decks and hot tub cleaned. Location is good and for ski in/out you need to be good skier/boarder to make tracks. WIFI is very good, no issues with connectivity. Social area of the home is upgraded, great deck, very clean home, only comment for improvement is bathroom showers in bedrooms are somewhat outdated.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! David was so helpful and truly wanted us to have the best experience at his home. The family room was a favorite spot for all of us to hang out. The large dining table was perfect for meals and also to host our games in the evening. The comfortable window seats and the cozy fireplace were well used by all of us. The views of the mountains from every room in the house were breathtaking! The private hot tub on the deck was also a wonderful treat after a day of skiing. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms and the entire house was incredibly clean. Lastly, the location is great. It is a short drive to the village, restaurants, shops and Clark’s the local grocery store. We would highly recommend this home and we booked it again for next year. Thank you David for an incredible stay.

First, the owner, David, is great to work with. This trip was re-planned from a year ago when the pandemic shut down ski mountains everywhere. David worked with me over the course of the following year to re-book our trip; throughout he was understanding, fair and funny. Vrbo is ultimately a platform of individual homeowners and it is a pleasure to work with those who are invested in making your vacation plans come true. Second, the somewhat nondescript exterior of this house belies an interior that has been remodeled around a great set of "bones." The main shared area consisting of a living room, dining area and kitchen has window seats where you can stretch out and enjoy great views of the mountains outside or the fireplace inside. There is a small nook where kids can curl up with their iPad and a great "satellite" room with a game table and six chairs. All the decor is modern but comfortable/inviting. It is a dramatic space but cozy at the same time. Outside on the main deck there is a fantastic hot tub that we squeezed six people into -- which is awesome because that is where my family likes to end the day after skiing 6-8 hours. I have stayed at much larger homes that undersize the hot tub or tuck them into unattractive areas -- at this home the hot tub is large and commands great views from the center of the deck looking at the mountain and resort area. Third, the bedrooms really worked for our group as most have bathrooms en suite, allowing us all to get ready in the morning and evening without being on top of one another. The master bath shower has a dramatic 12' ceiling with a skylight and steam jets -- when I needed extra heat after the hot tub, I enjoyed this amenity! Finally, the location is very good and close to everything in Snowmass. It is not, however, ski-in or ski-out without a hike -- we did walk to the end of the road and drop in on a hiking trail for a short ski down to the Assay Hill lift; we. also trudged up this route one day to get home. It is doable, but only if conditions allow and you are up for the extra exertion. We drove to the public lot under the Limelight and paid $30 for our group to hit the hills the other day. (Trips to Ajax and Highlands are both about 15-minute drives, but well worth it!) Very few of the homes nearby can ski-in/ski-out, so if that is your priority, you may want to consider other alternatives. Overall, I would definitely return to this home and rent from this owner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and the whole experience with David. There were 8 of us and the time we stayed was just perfect for a much needed family get away. The house is beautiful, well laid out and has just about everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen, the big dining table, the fireplace and of course the hot tub was just so nice. Everything was great. Great location, Great house, Great owner.... we did not want to leave. We definitely will stay here again and I've already told all of my friends about the house!! Thank you David for a fantastic experience and vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of nine. The great room was the perfect space for everyone to relax after a day of skiing. We particularly loved the seating area around the great room, providing a beautiful view and a cozy nap spot. The five bedrooms were spacious, private and comfortable. Everything was very clean. We had a wonderful family vacation! We loved the five bedroom house and we were very comfortable with our group of nine people. The kitchen is well equipped and was perfect for the dinners we made each night. We enjoyed the spa after skiing and the incredible views. The great room was a perfect place to play games. We loved our stay at this property. Each bedroom felt very private and well appointed without fussiness. All was very clean. Particularly loved the private view from the nice deck. Close to Aspen, but with solitude of Snowmass. Very special all around.
