Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer.

***Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort***
Portable AC units for the bedrooms are available for rent. Limited quantity available - please check for availability before confirming your stay if AC is needed.

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

Aspen Pitkin County airport is located 3 miles from Aspen and 12 miles from Snowmass Village.

Great place as advertised

Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and bedding for the 3 beds. Perfect space fo our family of 5. Great location with an easy walk to Village Base and easy access to Sky Cab to get to Village Mall. Also a shuttle stop right outside the parking area. Would stay again!
