This is one of only two 4BR, 3BA Snowmass Village condos (sleeps 8) in the Tamarack complex, recently renovated with an expanded kitchen. You’re steps from the swimming pool and hot tub, with the Treehouse, a large ski school and daycare facility, across the street for year-round convenience. You can't beat the location - located close to base village, the Treehouse (for kids) and there is no need for a car - you can walk to the lift, restaurants, shops, etc.

INSIDE THE RENTAL

Guests have access to 2 parking spaces before walking up to the entryway. A short flight of stairs finds you on the porch, where outdoor furniture for 4 and a Weber grill welcome you to the unit.

Inside, you’ll find yourself in the open space living area, with the dining room to the right and lounge to the left. There are storage closets for tucking away the ski gear at the end of the day.

The living room seats up to 7, with a gas fireplace to keep things cozy and a 40” Samsung TV with Blu-Ray and cable. The kitchen bar has stools for 4, but if you’re dining more formally, head over to the dining room. There, a wooden table can be used for intimate dining or expanded to fit up to 8.

Keen chefs and casual cooks alike will enjoy the modern kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances, including an oven/stove and dishwasher. There’s a stacked washer and dryer in the spacious room as well.

Every bedroom sleeps 2, and 3 of them are located upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring a king bed and the blissful warmth of a gas fireplace. A 20” TV with cable sits atop a desk and the tiled master en-suite has a stand up shower and single vanity.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, closet and oodles of charm. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, also with 2 twins as well as a 20” flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share the main bathroom, with tiled floors and a stand-up shower.

Back downstairs you’ll find the fourth bedroom. With a second king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, this condo is ideal for combined groups who don’t want to fight over the master bedroom!

Outside amenities include the swimming pool and 2 hot tubs, just steps away from the condo and the perfect place to lie back and relax after a day on the slopes.

OUR LOCATION

The convenience of this location starts with the Treehouse across the street, where you can drop the kids off for a day of ski lessons. That leaves you free to hit the higher slopes, easy enough when you’re just 100 yards to the lifts.

When you’ve had enough of the altitude, head into Snowmass Village. Base Village is just steps away as well as the free Gondola to the Mall where more shops, restaurants and entertainment await. There are food, wine and music festivals all year round, with the fine arts on display at the Wheeler Opera House and Aspen Santa Fe Ballet is in Aspen just a short drive or free bus ride away.

With ski lifts, swimming pool and the Treehouse (main Ski School drop off and pick up point for all lessons on the mountain) all within a few yards, it’s hard to imagine a more convenient or inviting location than this renovated Tamarack condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
