🏔️Ski Access~Hot Tub~Studio Premier 110🏔️

  • Renovated studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 110 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

    Laurelwood 110 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

    Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

    Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

    On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

    We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Really good spot

Super easy to get to everywhere at Snowmass. Kitchen was well appointed, and the condo was very clean. Would stay here again for sure!

Great location

If you are looking for a cozy place with ski in out access then this is a fine option. The Laurelwood management was very responsive (two lights were out when we checked in and fixed almost immediately) and helpful. The whole condo development is great with relaxed guests, a super hot tub, and perfect mountain access above Snowmass Mall.

Perfect midday pit stop!

My 12 year old and I had a wonderful long weekend stay at this condo and it was just as described in the listing. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and with the huge kitchen and living area we were able to host dinner and game night with another family twice! The proximity to the trail and ability to ski down to the lift and end our day without a bus ride or extensive hike to a parking lot was fantastic. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Cozy studio!

Really enjoyed this place. Very clean and well appointed. The ONLY thing that we didnt like was having to walk the 2 blocks uphill from the Mall area at the end of the day OR you can ride up to midway on VX and ski in. We used the electric grill on the patio to grill steaks. The hot tub area is convenient and very hot! We would book here again.
