Hotel vicino a Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District - Park City

“We brought 2 of our grandkids. They loved the pool. Our room was close to the lobby so we were able to watch the grandkids and a short walk to the pool. It was a super busy weekend due to the many baseball tournaments happening. We enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate machines (many others did too) near the front desk. There were a good variety of snacks for purchase. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Great location. We had games in Kamas and Heber and it was easy to and from....

“Hotel Thaynes, Park City was quite below my expectations. The only positive element was that the room was super clean. However, if you are in the swimming pool area, road noise is terrible. Then a guy showed up with a chain saw cutting branches beyond the fence of the pool, which ruined the whole afternoon. TV didn't work, which is unacceptable for a hotel that promises high expectations. I had hard time to connect to the Wi-Fi, unless you provide Marriott Bonvoy detailed information about you,...

“We recently stayed to celebrate my wife's birthday. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. The biggest issue was the bed... I do not think it had been updated since the property was built (20+ years). The mattress had no form and was lumpy and squeaked. It was so bad we decided to leave in the middle of night and drive home because neither of us could go to sleep.”

“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”

“Television is only streaming - I don't have streaming so I couldn't watch t.v. disappointing because I use it when I work while on vaca. Should let you know at beginning and I would have chosen differently. Ice machine broke - should have ice trays in room and would have been okay otherwise went to 7-11 and bought some. Air conditioning in bedroom is very loud when it comes on but not in front room so prob just needs a belt. Otherwise all was great and wonderful. Location also great.”

“I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place...
