“One bedroom suite is very good,clean and tidy. The only thing is parking is off site and no restaurants available in the hotel.Having said that,there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. Overall,excellent place for a staycation.”

“Love staying here !! Definately the place to be whilst in melbourne. High level of service and the overall quality of the stay from the room to the cafe downstairs is just great. After hours check in for people who are arriving late and they are flexible in case you need to extend or a specific of your stay changes. Couldnt recommend more ”

“It’s OK. Like most properties charged a premium during the GP weekend, Didn’t provide anything extra to go with the premium rate. The rooms are ok, basic, but tidy. The pool is lovely, the wifi quite slow, location was very good, especially for southern cross station. ”

“Room was adequately clean. The room we stayed in probably required a deep clean and some general maintenance. Parking was easy enough, however do some research as cheaper parking is available without going through the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Super easy to use trams and within walking distance to casino, shops and other attractions. ”

“all positive but a girl at reception who complained nastily about my mistake in parking the car in the wrong position in car parking, after 12 hours driving somebody can make a mistake and there is no reason to badly complain ”
