The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. ”

“Things got stolen on two occasions. I asked the staff to check the cctv and they seemed very reluctant and then agreed to. They said where I was located was the one area they don’t have cctv. Overall I felt quite unsafe when staying there and the staff didn’t take my concerns very seriously at all, I think because they’re all travelling themselves and staying at the hostel. “I dont know where the other reviewers stayed, but it couldn't have been the Azzurro. The building was very run down, and everywere was dirty. The bathrooms weren't clean and although there were signs everywhere saying there was cleaning stuff under the sinks there wasn't any and I looked in 4 bathrooms!
