“La posizione della struttura era buona rispetto alle mie necessità, ma ho trovato l'appartamento non al livello aspettato. Sarebbe anche arredato bene e completo ma la pulizia è molto superficiale, tralasciando lo scarafaggio ospite della camera da letto, le superfici erano tutte opache e appiccicose, come se fosse stato solo spolverato ma non pulito. Uno dei problemi maggiori era l'isolamento acustico, il mio appartamento si affacciava direttamente su un incrocio e di notte non si riusciva a...

“Hotel was very good for a cheap overnight stay to see the Matilda's play. Staff were great and the hotel reception is shared with Novotel and has a great bar. Would stay again. Super conveniently located to the stadium.”

The bed was broken, the curtains were damaged, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. Very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance standards. “Appartamento pessimo, buchi nei muri, moquette rovinatissima è sporca. Doccia distrutta con doccino mancante. Macchie di umidità ovunque. In camera da letto c’era una specie di lucernario con luce naturale che non si poteva coprire e quindi con la luce in camera alle 5 del mattino. Cucina senza alcun tipo di utensileria. Chiesto un cambio camera ma ci è stato rifiutato!”

“Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...
