Getting here is easy and direct. You’ll reach the apartment from Sofia Airport in about 25–30 minutes by metro. Simply take Line 4 (yellow) from the airport and get off at Serdika Station, which is just 50 meters from the building entrance—no transfers needed.
If you’re arriving by train or long-distance bus, you can take Line 2 (blue) from Central Railway Station or Central Bus Station, and again exit at Serdika Station. The ride takes just 5 minutes and brings you right to the heart of the city.
No matter how you arrive, you’ll step straight into the historic center—without the need for taxis, car rentals, or complicated directions.
1. After the reservation is confirmed, tourists will be required to send additional information in accordance with Article 116 (5) of the Tourism Act.
2. Please note that the building has an original vintage elevator. It’s small and can fit up to two people at a time.
3. Secure, gated parking is available on the property, but spaces are not individually assigned and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is usually good, but cannot be guaranteed.
4. The apartment is located in a residential building. While we own and professionally manage the apartment itself, we do not control or manage the common areas or the rest of the building. Please keep in mind that certain aspects of the building may vary outside of our responsibility.
