“Breakfast choices were excellent, staff friendly and responded to our issues. plunger stuck in the close mode, water pressure not great in the shower, shower head did not seat well in the pole that holds the handheld shower head, and the water efficiency toilet was slow to refill and flushed poorly. We didn’t really like the TV remote control, difficult to understand for seniors. Bed was comfy, automated opaque shades and blockout shade was wonderful. The full-size refrigerator was terrific. ...

“I think I may have encountered new help. She told me the wrong way to my room and that breakfast started at 6 am. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 am on the weekends. I am so used to having free breakfast everywhere I stay, I was surprised to find out that breakfast was not included in the room price. ”

“If you are on the brink of bankruptcy but you still want to come visit the usaf museum, this is the place for you. There was no house keeping , no hair dryer, and no shampoo, the wall is so thin I heard the fart sound from next room. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for.”

“When entering the room, the air was turned completely off so it was hot, stuffy, and didn't smell the best. There were outlets without outlet covers, stains on the covers and multiple random holes in the wall that appear to have been attempted to be patched. The "breakfast" was mediocre at best, we went at 6:45 and they had muffins as the only option at that time. The pictures did not reflect the actual hotel at all, they are very deceiving.
