“AC was missing, strong smoke smell in the room, dirty room. Good for 1 night before a cruise but would not come back”

“Room is clean, staff is nice, the kitchen is clean. Therefore it was hard to check in when you first come, no sign, no number to contact because no office there. Should have a note to contact the landlord.”

“Good atmosphere and history (Titanic connections). Restaurant yummy. Rate hotel down just a bit due to a towel warmer in bathroom which made entire bedroom warm, so had to crank down AC. Mattress not great. Woke up with stiff back. Also rate down when asking front desk about a shuttle bus which might take us to our cruise ship, was met with a response of “I have no idea; I’ve never been on a cruise.””

“The location is good and convenient. The room was clean. However, we stayed there during the heat wave and because there was no air conditioning, we were unable to sleep. ”

“Al prezzo pagato non si può avere una stanza in cui il bagno è un loculo e mancano servizi essenziali quali phon e frigobar. Il letto era buono, e anche la pulizia era accurata. Ma il water ricavato in uno spazio minuscolo e angusto è assurdo. Colazione appena sufficiente e quasi limitata all'essenziale. Al prezzo di € 170 a notte mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Bocciato assolutamente.”

“Albergo bellissimo , sembrava di vivere in un luogo antico , hanno un bellissimo ristorante su un parco che affaccia direttamente sulle antiche mura , attraverso la strada e ti godi il fascino delle mura antiche con la loro nave antica . C’è un bar che affaccia direttamente su questo parco e il camino all interno sembra magico . La stanza enorme è pulita , un po datata ma l ho trovata eccellente .”

“It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. ”

“No Air conditioning! Bar under with loud party all night long. Windows open for air. You book this room only if you want to party. Otherwise you will be kept up all night long. 90 degrees outside and hotter inside do to restaurant ovens directly under room. It was the worst experience. Jet lag turned into nightmare 😫”

“Horrendous. Oven was so dirty it couldn't be used. Room has one mug, one towel, one pillow - two of us staying. Dirty sponges left at the sink, clearly used multiple times. Bed was horrific, worst mattress I've ever slept on, very old, bed falling apart, not even a full size double. Husband and I are very average in size I had to try and sleep either end of the bed - didn't help due to the noise of other residents all night. Fridge not cleaned, food still in there from last person.Young men...

“Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here.”

“I didn't like anything about this place Its the worst place ever. There's no one to help you ,and the place is filthy and inhabitable for visitors. I booked with Expedia expecting something better than what we got Bathrooms are outside of bedroom and very disgusting.. Floors was very dirty like someone stepped on dog poop as you enter inside We were very tired coming from USA and didn't have the energy to find another place.. We couldn't even take a shower there.
