“This was our first time using a no staff type hotel. Our only issue was needing to speak with anyone after hours 9:00 p.m. There was no remote for the TV cable which had to be brought over the next day. I would recommend nicer towels. The ones in our room were dingy and rough. That being said, it was a lovely experience, and we'd most certainly stay there again and recommend it.”

“Did not use pool or hot tub. Room was dated and the carpets were stained, it had been cleaned but felt dirty. Our bath tub did not empty easily and clogged up. Oscar at front desk was helpful and moved us to another room. Parking was good , we had no problem finding a spot and lighting was good.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room. Parking was not a problem even on a weekend. Danish from Olsen’s Bakery was very tasty. The coffee machine probably needs to be changed. Location is on the edge of Solvang’s main drag, but I didn’t mind the walk to the center of town; Solvang is very small anyway ”

“This is a well located property, cute and charming. The only issue was the area is loud given its centered in the heart of Solvabg. It’s best to have double-paned windows. Also, bed was not good.”

“Loved this place. Peaceful, intimate, surrounded by nature. The room was sparkling clean, and comfortable. Had a great night under the stars, sipping good wine, and making new acquaintances. I only suggest to book more than one night ”

“Very well maintained hotel with comfortable serene outside seating and amenities and a great place to stay while on a weekend wine country getaway, quiet comfortable, clean and great staff. Not your cookie cutter Hampton Inn.”
