“Very clean, quite and comfortable ”

“Mike was a great host and was FAST at communicating. I need to comment that I only gave 4 stars on cleaning. On special request, the host got the house ready a week early on the condition I agreed that it was not quite ready to his normal standards and we were the first guests ever in his new property. The yard was huge, no next neighbors crowding you. Kitchen has everything. Bathrooms furnished with towels, soaps, shampoo, etc. The river is just behind the house. We had fun wading,...

“I didn't like being penalized by Expedia a whole night's cost for canceling one of the room reservations. I didn't like how the facility smelled of mildew. I didn't like how the whirlpool jets didn't work. I didn't like there being no kleenex in the bathroom, no cart for my luggage and no cups in my room. And I didn't like that there was no front desk person to take care of my needs.”

“Air conditioning wasn't working so good...told the front desk gal but nothing was done about it”

“The staff was very helpful, friendly and the hotel was clean even the stairwell on the 5th floor. We also noted that the breakfast was kept fresh and all proper food service protocols were followed and we were greeted warmly too!”
